Who this is for

The portal is provided to contacts of Mallen Services customers, so you can see and act on your own organisation's documents and account. Access is personal to you. Please do not share your sign-in, and tell us if you no longer need access or if someone leaves your organisation.

Using it properly

• Use the portal only for your dealings with Mallen Services.
• Do not try to reach information belonging to anyone else, or to interfere with the service.
• Treat what you see here as confidential to your organisation.

Documents you sign

Where the portal is used to sign a document, your signature and the record of it — who signed, when, and from where — form part of that agreement. The agreement itself sets out what you are agreeing to; this page does not change it.

Availability

We keep the portal running as best we reasonably can, but it may be unavailable at times. It is a convenience for dealing with us, not a service sold on its own, and we may change or withdraw access — most often because someone no longer works with an organisation we deal with.
